E-waste collection in Kottayam
Kottayam is our home district. Our office and vehicles are in Thalappalam, near Pala, so this is where we reach fastest — usually the same day for a household pickup.

What people in Kottayam send us
There is no minimum quantity — a single dead laptop is a normal booking. Most of what we collect here comes from three places: households clearing out years of old electronics, the district's colleges and schools replacing computer labs, and the printing and publishing businesses Kottayam is known for retiring office equipment.
Old computers and phones hold personal and business data. If yours do, read how we handle hard drives and data destruction › Old UPS and inverter batteries are welcome too — see battery collection ›
How a Kottayam pickup works
Book with a phone number and an address — no account needed. We confirm a day and come to you. For a household or office load, we weigh everything at your door on a calibrated scale and show you the category, weight and rate. A broken item is fine: condition changes what it is worth, not whether we take it.
Sometimes a few small items are easier to send by courier. Then we tell you how to pack it, weigh it at our office when it arrives, and pay you online.
Areas we cover around Kottayam
Not on the list? We collect across all 14 districts of Kerala — for bulk we will come anywhere in the state. Ask and we will tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense.
For businesses in Kottayam

Where it goes afterwards
Everything we collect in Kottayam is delivered to Sahya Solutions, our sister concern in Idukki — CPCB Recycler ID 5238, authorised by the Kerala State Pollution Control Board to dismantle and recycle 14,965 tonnes a year. Nothing goes to landfill and nothing is stripped informally.
Eco Friendly Solutions has collected from Kottayam since 2019, under KSPCB Consent to Operate KSPCB/KT/ICO/10023324/2023, issued for our Thalappalam premises and valid to 30 November 2027. Copies of any document are yours on request.
